It is in excellent condition without any chips or dents. It measures approximately 2 1/2 inches in length and height. It comes in its original box and packing and deeds. The label on the bottom says: Lilliput Lane, Hampton Moat, Collector's Free Gift, 1997-98, Code Number L2057, Handmade in England.

Lilliput Lane, founded in 1982 by David Tate, a sculptor by trade, is known worldwide for its extensive handmade realistic miniature English, Scottish, and Welsh cottages. The company closed in 2016.
