The Fraser Creations Summer Retreat figurine is a rare and collectible piece from 1994. The Thatched roof cottage backs up to huge rocks as high as the roof and an abuldance of flowers in the front. It is in excellent condition with one small chip on the edge of the chimney (can easily be painted over). Created by artist Ian Fraser, this miniature Scotland Cottage is 2.25 inches in height.
