GORGEOUS SPRING COLOR ~ BUTTERCUP YELLOW!

This a set of pant (slacks) and top made by Aileen. They were purchased many years ago and stored away ~ I loved the color and couldn't part with them even thought they were now too small for me.

The set is new without tag and has never been worn - see pictures. The color is a beautiful buttercup yellow. The top is sleeveless, has a white stripe with alternating yellow, and has a ruffled edge around the armhole and neck. The pants are solid yellow, have a full elastic waist that is doubled stitched and is tight and elastic!, and two side pockets. Both top and pants are labeled a size Medium - see pictures. The set has no tears, rips, fraying or stains - see pictures.

The tags on both the top and pant are labeled M (for Medim) and Made in the USA. There is also the cotton symbol of Cotton, Inc. signifying that cotton are used in the material. However, the labels do NOT list a fabric content except for the Cotton, Inc. symbol. The Aileen label was started in 1957 as Aileen Knitwear; I can find no current information for the label.
