Both locks come with key, coated wire loops, and frame mounts. With all the extra hardware they were almost $65 each when new. They were hardly used. Also several extra coated wire loops that work in conjunction with U Locks. Plus an extra lock with no key but a locksmith can probably make one cheaply.
