These are brand new and never mounted. From the 90's. Handlebar diameter is 23.8mm where brake lever normally mount. So it does not matter what your stem clamp diameter. 25.4 mm or 31.8mm. Will work on road and mountain bike bars. Gives an aero or additional positions to shift back and forth to stay fresher on the bike. Were $50 new.
