2006 Specialized S-Works Epic carbon frame, size large, includes v-brake tabs. Has some imperfections but would make a great retro, pump track, or superlight XC build on a budget. I bought the complete bike back in 2006 and raced it at 22 lbs, mostly stock. The top tube was damaged by a rogue shop wrench shortly after purchasing the bike. Fortunately, it was professionally repaired by a former Boeing composites engineer and never had an issue. The only current issue with the frame is that the inserts for the bottle cage bolts are loose and need to be bonded back into place. Should be an easy fix with a little epoxy.
Funny story, the bike originally had V-brakes and one time they clogged up with mud while in the lead at US Collegiate National Championships in Banner Elk, North Carolina. The wheels stopped turning and quickly went from first place to 10th place in the last hour of that heinous race! A memory that won't be forgotten.
I want this thing out of my garage, so make me an offer!
