To do-
Spent two years on the hard in Anacortes and a couple water lines cracked(the heater breaker popped in a cold snap and I didn’t realize it).
The starter key switch(which was not updated when the rest of the 12V system was in about 2006) needs to be replaced.
One soft spot in the cabin sole. Needs to be dried and resin filled.
One soft spot on the deck on the bow. Same as above.
Reinstall GPS antenna

Great boat owned it for 21 years. Just not sailing anymore.
