23 foot Boat is in located at Birch Bay Village Marina.
Have all valid titles, registrations and papers for boat and trailer. Trailer has 4 brand new tires on a decent 1991 Express two axel trailer with disc brakes, ready to haul it away.

*Bellingham Marine* has just recently (Nov. 2025) assessed engine and suggests a replacement to get it running again.
