Summer Breeze is a 1988 Nonsuch Ultra 30. Renowned for simplicity and spaciousness, this well built and maintained Mark Ellis design is a fine example of what makes the Nonsuch so special.
The Ultra layout provides comfort and convenience with a forward double berth in a large forward cabin.
To starboard is a head with separate shower (currently converted to organized storage shelves).
A proper sized galley with refrigeration, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, and large stainless sink is mid-ship to port.
Aft to the companionway bulkhead is a settee that can serve as a single berth, with a dining table and L-shaped settee to starboard.
The catboat hull provides for one of the largest cockpits found on a 30’ sailboat - allowing for comfort at sea and anchor - and significant storage below for gear and accessories. A transom swim-step provides easy access to dinghy and water.
Summer Breeze was re-powered with a Westerbeke 27A 30hp diesel and drip-less shaft seal in 2013. Vessel has pressure h/c water, cockpit shower, holding tank with macerator pump, power and manual bilge pumps, added battery capacity, She sports an Iverson Dodger, sail and cockpit canvas, self-tailing winches, powered halyard winch, Lewmar folding wheel, diesel forced air heater, Raymarine Autopilot, B&G VHF w/hailer, B&G Vulcan 9” Multifunction 3G radar/chart plotter, Xantrex Charger/Inverter, Lewmar V1 powered windlass with oversized self-launching Rocna Vulcan anchor, back-up anchor, transom davits with inflatable dinghy and outboard, stanchion kayak rack, bbq, and more.
