This Heritage 18 Carbon Double made by Little River Marine is a stable ocean going rowing skiff with easily convertible stations allowing for double or single rowing. The stations have movable benches for fixed-seat rowing with the option of adding sliding seats (included) for sculling. This rowing shell has a sleek traditional design made from an inner and outer carbon-fiber shell that are molded together to provide internal flotation. It is very seaworthy, is stable enough to stand in, and is an excellent boat for exploring and/or camping in the San Juan islands and any of our beautiful lakes. This particular boat for sale has a skid plate on the keel to protect from rocks and barnacles. It comes with two pairs of Ultralight Hatchet Blade oars, a custom canvas cover, a boat dolly allowing for one person to more easily portage the boat, and other extras making it ready to go out on the water. This boat also comes with a custom trailer for hauling and launching. The boat itself is light enough to be roof-topped and to be easily portaged by two people. The boat and trailer combined are light enough to be moved by hand and to be pulled by a Toyota Prius. It has been well cared for, is in excellent condition and is being stored in our garage. Buying the Heritage 18 Carbon double with custom trailer and two sets of oars would cost over $17,000 new after taxes.
