General Condition:
We bought the boat in 2018. It looked like the cabinets and interior woodwork were recently refinished as well as the flooring replaced. The gelcoat has some minor nicks and hairline cracks as is normal for a boat this age. The zincs were changed in June of this year (and changed and cleaned every year in the water by Top to Bottom diver) and the bottom is due for another coat of bottom paint in the next year. The last survey was 2021. There are no known mechanical or structural issues. The engine has always started easy and runs well. The hull is in excellent condition and can use bottom paint in the next year. We might repaint the bottom this month.  The topside has a few minor scratches, dings, and hairline stress cracks typical of a boat of this age. The interior woodwork , cabinets and floor are very good condition. The boat is ready to sail.

The boat is scheduled July 17 for the topside  and sea-trial part of a Pre-sale Condition and Valuation Maine Survey. The bottom will be surveyed soon after. The survey will be available to serious prospective buyers. The boat is ready to sail.
With the survey complete, you would have everything you need to purchase the boat, get insurance, and financing if needed in time to enjoy the rest of the Summer and Fall sailing season.

Performance: This boat is great for anyone who likes comfort, ease of sailing, and reliability. The boat has 6'3" headroom, has a wide beam that makes the Seti area feel spacious.

If you are looking to single hand sail, this boat is set up with all the running lines ran to the back so you make sail adjustments without leaving the safety of the cockpit. The autopilot can be set to hold a compass setting or on angle to wind. It will hold the boat into the wind to raise and lower the main and it will auto tack for ease in coming about. With the 105 working jib, you are set for tacking and ease of coming about without having to manage a larger sail without compromising speed.

Navigation: The navigation is has all the bells and whistles with Radar, AIS, detailed maps of the Puget Sound, wind, depth and water speed instruments and more.

Accommodations: The two aft cabins have come 6'2" clearance in entry way and a bench. Each has a closet, 4 shelves and a night stand. The forward cabin has 2 drawers under the berth, a large closet, a night stand with storage beneath, and a cushioned bench that seat two. All cabins have independently controlled heater fans. The seti convert to a double berth as well.

Water Sports: We are able to easily tie two 10' kayaks on the deck. The swimsteps make it easy to get into a  kayak or dinghy. The ladder makes it easy to get in and out of the water for a swim and the shower lets you clean off the salt water or sand off before you go back into the cockpit.

The heads are designed for minimum odor with negative pressure exhaust fans keeping the air from entering the rest of the boat. The hoses were changed recently with High Grade hoses, and 6" hatches on top of holding tanks make them easy to clean greatly reducing odor. Both holding tanks come with tank level monitors.
