Inexpensive city bike in good working condition. The main thing is that it could use a new seat (under $20, or get a used one locally from the Hub). There are a few cracks visible in the tires, but the tubes hold air for the time being.

The pictures show the seat adjusted for a 5' 7" rider. The seat could be lowered for someone shorter. The handlebars are high and sweep back for a comfortable upright riding position.
