12" Radio Flyer bicycle to use when a child is transitioning from a coaster/strider bike to a regular pedal bike. We use this for grandchildren between 2-5 years of age. Height at crossbar is 15 1/2 ". Seat height is 18 1/2". We used it without training wheels, but they can be added. We are second owners. Bike has had limited use as grandsons do not live close to us. My research shows that the original price at Walmart was $99. We are located in N. Bellingham, on Marine Drive. Cash only.
