Yes I'm on all the waitlists around town for years, haven't heard a peep- I check Craigslist, Facebook.... not sure where else to look. I need a space, I'm very handy and not opposed to fixing it up. Various crafts, mostly quiet but I do like being able to collaborate and work with others.
