Primitive antique Swedish 18th century pine secretary/secretaire base. The piece is handcrafted from pine and weighs an absolute ton. The piece measures approximately 37" tall by 36" wide by 19" deep when closed (31.5" deep when open). The secretary sports its original 18th century iron hinges. The little door to the cubby will need to be reattached, there is no key and the backboards went missing in a recent move. A sturdy piece that would be lovely painted or lime waxed.
