Antique Catcher’s Mask - $80 (Blaine)

I believe this is a Spalding #1 patented in the 1920s and used up to 1940. Later masks used the same frame but had different additional padding. Yogi Berra’s mask was a similar but later model Spalding. Leather is cracked and aged and the strap is in terrible shape- but it’s close to 100 years old! Metal still has some of its original finish.
