Used for 2 years in our bedroom. It keeps our room frigid in midsummer and it can keep our 800 sf house very comfortable in the real heat if we use it to cool the whole house. Used for 2 years, no issues. Mounts in a window with a u-shaped frame so the window mostly closes. We used styrofoam to pack it into the window and we have extra that you can have. $200 obo
