Front door enters living room (14x16’). In living room photo, to far right, are stairs down to basement with two bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower.
Across the living room, photos shows entrance to half bathroom, toilet and sink, and to the left in that wall opening is kitchen/dining room (11x13”). Electric Range/oven with microwave hood, new frig and new dishwasher. Sink, countertops and cabinets are brand new.
The bedrooms in basement are 11x14 and 12x14 including closets and are carpeted. The bathroom is 6x7’.
The laundry is in basement with more storage space, and there is a free standing garage for work projects or larger equipment, bikes, etc.
The round dining table in photo, and the living room oriental carpet come with rental, unless you don’t need it. So you will need a bed and couch, at least. If you desire cable TV, that is on you.
All utilities plus internet are included in $1650/month, except the heating natural gas bill which is split with the second apartment, $35 for wifi, and $20 for garbage pickup. I can show you the heating bill to get idea of what it has been. We just fully insulated house and changed out windows.
The home is managed by owner, and application is by phone. I would like to hear your voice.
I will ask you what you are looking for, how many people, how many pets (cats), where you work. If you see the place, which you can visit any time of day or evening with appointment, and if you like it, I will do a back ground check and ask for your last two landlord’s phone numbers. If all looks good, you are in and we will create rental agreement.
This is a quiet home in quiet neighborhood and could be a secure long term home for a single or couple.
