For rent a cute micro home on wheels to be located on a sustainable off-grid property. The property includes a community 40' bus that has a full kitchen, hang out and a wood stove. The property also has a sauna with bath and an outdoor shower. Lots of room (20 acres) to grow food or raise animals. I also want to move some of my bee hive there too.

The property has good quality running water and hot water for the bus, sauna and shower. It has several other unique tiny homes and is a budding community.

There is some opportunities for work trade too.

This micro home is called "the shack" and was recently redone with a flip down twin bed, flip up raw edge desk and a new Dickinson propane heater. It is well insulated and low cost to keep heated. Totally water tight and mold free.

I don't require leases. I do require a $500 fully refundable damage deposit (mainly for insurance against you leaving stuff). Pets ok.

You can choose the spot to park it.
