I have a 40 ft bus on an off grid property that is needing to be remodeled/insulated and then will be available for rent. I am hoping to find someone who can do the work needed and rent the space. They would have flexibility on the preferred layout. Work will be credited towards future rent. I'll pay for all materials. I have raw edge cedar for the walls and a wood stove. The bus is basically stripped.
