I am looking to sublet my studio with a den apartment in Ferndale at Harrington Place Apartments mid july/ beginning of july with the option to renew month to month. Rent is $1100including utilities. It’s a great apartment I just got relocated for my job.
These are brand new apartments in Ferndale that have a ton of amenities! They are close to i5, down the road from downtown Ferndale and 10 minutes from Bellingham!

1st floor unit (only 1 other person currently lives on the same floor) the building is very nice and quiet.
