I am traveling January - June 2024 and looking for the right person to rent my home while we are gone.
I am listing the house below market price because I would like to keep it furnished and start with a 6 month lease only. I understand this isn’t right for everyone.
This is a perfect fit for someone else in transition and looking for a short term home away from home!
If all goes well our move will become permanent and a long term lease will become possible. Likely I would take my furniture with me at this point.
