Owner open to tenant participation and learning on the farm. (Owner's family lives on site.)

Rental is fully contained 3 bedroom, 1 bath, with washer/dryer and full kitchen. Rental has a separate, private entrance and private 12'x20' porch. Each room has its own closet. Large central living room and utility closet. This rental is the first floor of a large farmhouse on 7 acres. Utilities not included.

Rental has a private driveway, front door view of east meadow and forest. Tenant has pedestrian access to all seven acres, which include walking trails and large lawns.

This is a non-smoking rental. Cat allowed. Owner open to discuss a dog for pet deposit. Cleaning and care of the rental (indoors and porch space) is the responsibility of the tenant. All yard maintenance is the responsibility of the owner.

Many other amenities available on the farm (e.g. extra storage space, vegetable garden, fruit trees, barn and shop, herb beds, chickens/eggs, bees/honey, pizza oven, fire pits, etc) will be discussed in person upon tenancy.
