North Skagit County, close to the highway, but rural.
My wonderful renters are moving out May 15, so the cottage will be available as soon as we make sure it’s clean and in good condition. Like I said, they’ve been great, so I am expecting the cottage will be available soon after that.
$1500 month includes water, recycling, and trash pickup. A mini split was installed last fall, so if you heat with that and the woodstove then electricity is included. If you add a bunch of space heaters, we’ll renegotiate. Renter is responsible for providing their own wood, but kindling and fallen wood can be picked up on the property.
This will be a month to month contract. Pets negotiable on a pet by pet basis. No smoking or vaping allowed. No fragrances of any sort.
The light is good and the furnishings are comfortable, antique, and fragrance free. While there is furniture,
there are no linens or kitchenware. There is the potential for shared organic garden space. A renter with no scented
clothing could share the laundry facilities in the main house.
