$1950 per month plus deposit. RENT INCLUDES WATER, SEWER & GARBAGE. Tenant is responsible for electricity, phone & Internet. Lease terms 1 year, application fee is $60.00 per person 18 years and older. Renter must meet credit and background requirements. All renters are required to acquire & keep renters insurance while living here.
Dogs allowed with pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Must be up to date on vaccinations (Rabies and Distemper (Da2PP)) and be friendly. We meet them prior to lease signing to be sure, 2 dogs max per unit (sadly, insurance limits certain breeds). Dogs must be on leash at all times when in common areas & poop must be picked up and removed immediately. No cats, reptiles, aquariums allowed.
