2 bedroom units - These units are popular as you only have 1 roommate. We have 2 styles of 2 bedroom units available. All feature in unit washer and dryer and balconies either off of the bedrooms or off of the living room.
Some general information about New England:
With close proximity to WWU, our tenants are mostly all students.
All units have in unit washers and dryers
All units have stoves, refrigerators and dishwashers. Most units have garbage disposals
All 2nd through 4th floor units have balconies
Move in day is September 5th
The 2516, 2520 and 2524 buildings have gas fireplaces in the living rooms
All units are leased by the whole unit, not by the bedroom, which keeps tenants in control of who their roommates are at all times
Tenants pay a $40 monthly utility fee each that contributes to the water, sewer & garbage
Tenants set up their own bills with Puget Sound Energy, Cascade Natural Gas (if applicable) and internet/wifi
All tenants can receive a parking permit if they have a vehicle, the parking lot is first come first serve for tenants only
No pets are allowed, but ESA animals are with proper documentation prior to being brought onto the property
Maintenance is on site Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays to assist with all maintenance requests
There is a 24/7 emergency call center for tenant emergencies
Managed by RPM, we pride ourselves on our great customer service and fast response to tenants
