Each unit includes a large deck or patio with storage closet, European style cabinets, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, over-sized windows, extra sound proofing, and dual telephone/high speed data outlets in every room. Upper level units have vaulted ceilings, all units have entry closets, pantries and linen closets. We require the first month’s rent, the security deposit, and any associated fees. We do not require last month’s rent.
We have an office onsite, and plenty of parking. All rents are include water, sewer, and garbage. We are a pet-friendly and non-smoking community.
