Birchwood is a nice neighborhood to live in but what do I know? I don’t even live there, and I have NO INCENTIVES WHATSOEVER TO TELL YOU ANYTHING LESS THAT BECAUSE THAT’S REAL ESTATE MARKETING IN A NUTSHELL. A house could be located next to a burning pit to hell itself and some realtor would be like “no no, it’s actually quite peaceful around here. Very warm.”
Anyways, it is a polished 1 bedroom and perfect for the professional, semi-professional, unprofessional, and actually not-professional-at-all-but-still-making-money types. Also students. Also families that aren’t too big. Anybody really that can reliably pay rent. The bar is high.
