hello! i am looking for someone to take over my lease for a short-term lease, from 12/1/25 until 3/12/26, because they want to renovate it after this lease. it is a 1 bedroom 1 bath in South Bellingham, on 517 32nd street. landlord is PTLA and the complex is called bell mall villa 2. rent is $1235 and covers everything but electricity. up to two pets are allowed, dogs or cats! attached are pictures taken from the landlord's listing, but can happily have you come over for a tour. just didn't want pictures with my things posted online. serious inquiries only please! thanks!
