Hi Bellingham! I am relocating for a seasonal job in Alaska and therefore looking to sublet my room for the month of May. This would be perfect for someone looking to relocate to here and find their new place to call home or give Bellingham a try! Located just outside of Fairhaven, the house is in a perfect location for walking trails, cafes, and more!
Rent would be $880 for the month, not including utilities. On average, utilities (gas, electric, water, T/R, wifi) come out to around $155 per person/month.
• In unit W/D, plenty of storage space in the garage
• Fully fenced in backyard
• This is one bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house, and in addition, there is a large loft space that can be used as a second living room, private art/at-home therapy space, etc.
• The other two bedrooms are currently occupied by my lovely roommates, Eve and Abbey, both of whom are finishing the lease and are seeking someone who aligns with their values in keeping a safe, tidy, mutually respectful environment. LGBTQIA+ friendly. There will be two cats living in the house; they could be open to another cat or a small, well-behaved dog who has experience living with cats.
