TERMS:

Deposit = $1,000 paid directly to me. The lease has a $1,300 deposit held which you would receive in full at the end of your lease, so you'd be getting $300 for free!
Pet deposit of $200 included and will also be paid forward to you at the end of the lease, regardless of if you have a pet or not (more free money, yay!)

You will be taking over the remainder of my lease which runs through July 15, 2026 and signing a new 12-month lease through July 2027.
