Hello, I’m Evan and I’m looking to move to Seattle within the month, and I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease, which ends in August. As I am still in the midst of solidifying my housing situation in Seattle though, there is a possibility of things taking longer than intended. To be clear, this means that the "available on" date is a guesstimate. If you are interested in this, please make sure that you at least 2.5x rent ($2475) a month and a good credit score. If you want to have an in person tour, I am generally available after school hours, as I am a substitute (schools generally get out between 2pm-4pm) as well as on weekends.
The location is just a 10 minute walk from downtown Bellingham on 708 Meador Ave.
Details on the space:
-$990/month rent (property managed by Access Real Estate Services).

-Washer and dryer in unit
-Oven and Dishwasher
-Utilities, excluding electricity, included
-Parking area for 1 vehicle
-Baseboard Heating
-A lot of storage space
-Outside mailbox
-Door and security door
In addition to this, another thing to consider is that Access Real Estate Service, if you apply and are accepted, will expect a $350 “administrative fee”, so be prepared for that. I am also not sure of application fee, as I was not informed.
EDIT 4/10: I've been informed by Access that this property can't have cosigners, tenant(s) needs to make 3x rent ($2970/month), and have at least 630 credit score.
