What You’ll Do
In this key role, you’ll support our Import/Export and domestic procurement processes to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely product flow. Your responsibilities include:
Procurement & Vendor Management
• Determine purchasing requirements for overseas and domestic suppliers
• Create and transmit purchase orders to assigned vendors
• Maintain strong working relationships with foreign vendors and internal sales teams
• Process cost updates, import invoices, and vendor payments
Import/Export Compliance & Logistics
• Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs import/export regulations
• Maintain accurate shipment files in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Create and update SOPs for Import/Export compliance
• Manage Import entries with Customs brokers and verify duties
• Submit ISF (Importer Security Filing) for every Import shipment
• Review and approve or reject Export orders for regulatory compliance
• Monitor and maintain our C TPAT program for secure and timely shipments
• Audit import receiving documentation for accuracy
• Review and approve freight and brokerage invoices
• Negotiate international and domestic carrier rates and services
Professional Development
• Attend Customs seminars as needed to stay informed on regulatory changes
• Maintain strong working relationships with U.S. Customs officials

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, Business, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience (or equivalent education/experience)
• Strong understanding of U.S. import/export regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship building skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
