Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This is an in person position with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule over time.
🔧 What You’ll Do
You’ll handle a mix of bookkeeping and administrative tasks, including:
• Data entry & bookkeeping
• Preparing financial reports & statements
• Processing invoices & payments
• Reconciling accounts
• Payroll processing
• Maintaining accurate records
• A/R + A/P
• Journal entries & year end prep
• Excise tax prep & business tax filings
• Health & liability insurance prep/monitoring
• General administrative support as needed
🧠 What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years experience with QuickBooks Desktop Pro (preferred)
• Strong Excel skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Background reading and understanding financial statements
• Knowledge of corporate tax concepts (preferred)
