✨ What You’ll Do
Accounts Payable
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely approvals in Microsoft Business Central
• Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain organized AP files and records
• Support the month-end close and assist the finance team
Administrative Support
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and help run the front desk
• Oversee office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors
• Manage equipment maintenance and facility-related needs
• Provide general office support to keep operations running smoothly
🔎 What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or administrative support
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and time management
• Professional communication and a can-do attitude
• Ability to multitask in a small, fast-paced environment
