<description><![CDATA[This apartment is very close to WWU's south campus, maybe 3 blocks away. It's in a newer building, I know it was built after 2000 but I am not exactly sure. The location is great and it is half a block away from "JJ's In and Out," a little college store on Douglas Ave. The studio is perfect for one person or even a couple; very comfortable. It doesn't have a dishwasher but comes with the other typical appliances, such as a built in microwave. Washers and dryers are provided on site. There is a large amount of counter space given and is a perfect setup for some bar stools or something like that. It is a corner apartment on the bottom floor, so being surrounded by other neighbors is not a problem in the way of noise. I need to sublet this place because I am moving to Seattle in mid to late December. The rent is 545.00 a month, and it ends on July 29; so there is a large portion of the lease left. Because I really need to move, I am offering to pay for your application fee of $60.00, and also $200.00 of the total deposit, which is equal to one month's rent, $545.00. So your deposit would be $345.00. Also, utilities are paid for except you must pay for the energy bill, and if you would like t.v./internet. The apartment is leased by Apex Property Management. ALL utilities are included in one price, also wireless internet and limited cable. Good cheery lighting. Nice back yard with grill and gardens. Share our laundry area. There is a big walk-in closet and additional storage area. Short term is ok. This is good if you want to be in a quiet family home instead of a commercial rental building, or for a temporary nest while you look for your perfect place, or something with all-inclusive rent.... <br>
Main room is 22' by 15’ <br>
The kitchenette has a sink and microwave, cabinets, and a full size fridge but no stove/oven, no dishwasher. <br>
There is a big walk-in closet and ample storage areas. Photos below show one of the front looking to front door, one opposite looking to back door.<br>
There is bus nearby, and we’re a short bicycle ride to downtown. We prefer one friendly, responsible person, very tidy, non-smoker, N/D etc. etc., with references. The carpet is getting old so we will allow pets; the place is very clean and freshly painted.<br>

-3rd floor, corner unit. VERY quiet. There are college kids living in the complex but I am happy to say that I have never had any reason to complain.<br>

-Comes with washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven. All appliances are in immaculate condition and full size.<br>
<br>
-***Includes: Full size black leather couch, Queen size box spring/mattress/frame, black corner unit bookshelf, small entertainment center, floor length blackout curtains. I've spent around $3k on all this over the past year and a half. The bed is less than a year old. Everything is very clean, almost new, with the exception of a small bit of damage to the bottom edge of the couch (nothing affecting the amazing comfort of it!) I am throwing all of this in if you take over this apartment***<br>
<br>
-Wall-to-wall carpeting, linoleum in kitchen/bathroom<br>
<br>
-Decent sized porch, looks out into the trees, very peaceful<br>
<br>
-$750 is for rent, garbage, water. Utilities have typically been between $30 (summer) and $65 (winter).<br>
<br>
-Unit has single parking space assigned. Directly in front of building door.<br>
<br>
<br>
Currently my lease runs until next summer. A lease transfer is possible through the property management company. I would require that both parties go to the property owner and work this out with them. As part of the deal for the furniture, you will pay the lease transfer amount. <br>
<br>

<description><![CDATA[This apartment is very close to WWU's south campus, maybe 3 blocks away. It's in a newer building, I know it was built after 2000 but I am not exactly sure. The location is great and it is half a block away from "JJ's In and Out," a little college store on Douglas Ave. The studio is perfect for one person or even a couple; very comfortable. It doesn't have a dishwasher but comes with the other typical appliances, such as a built in microwave. Washers and dryers are provided on site. There is a large amount of counter space given and is a perfect setup for some bar stools or something like that. It is a corner apartment on the bottom floor, so being surrounded by other neighbors is not a problem in the way of noise. I need to sublet this place because I am moving to Seattle in mid to late December. The rent is 545.00 a month, and it ends on July 29; so there is a large portion of the lease left. Because I really need to move, I am offering to pay for your application fee of $60.00, and also $200.00 of the total deposit, which is equal to one month's rent, $545.00. So your deposit would be $345.00. Also, utilities are paid for except you must pay for the energy bill, and if you would like t.v./internet. The apartment is leased by Apex Property Management. Rent is $585 a month with W/S/G payed (and heat and gas end up being very cheap, about $20-$30 a month) If you move in December, you will get December free. Also, when the lease is up, you will get the $585 deposit back. All you have to pay is the $300 lease transfer fee. So this is a great deal. You are actually making money!<br>

Separated kitchen with microwave and dishwasher<br>
5-10 minute walk to campus, 10-15 walk to Fairhaven.<br>
I can leave the couch, curtains, rugs, chair with ottoman, dresser, and/or bed if you would like. I'm trying to leave as much as possible so almost anything you want, you can keep.<br>
Also, I believe you can have cats or small dogs with a deposit<br>

Our house is in the Sehome neighborhood, centrally located between Western, downtown, and Haggen (about 15 minutes walking to any) and just up the street from McKay's Taphouse/Pizza pipeline. The house is cozy and comfortable, with a large common space, 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer/dryer/dishwasher, lots of storage, a large backyard with garden space, and parking available. Heat is included in rent, and we also have a functional fireplace, so the house stays warm throughout the winter. The room is warm and comfortable and has lots of windows to catch all that fleeting winter sunshine.<br>
<br>
This is a student home, and while we do like to have fun and party occasionally, most of the time we're studying or watching movies and in bed by midnight. We like to listen to music, especially KUGS, and occasionally share family-style meals and play board games. The house will have 3 girls, maybe a guy, a kitten, and you for the quarter.<br>
<br>
Rent is $355 each month, on a 3-month lease from January through March, and bills are about $55 a month. I'm also asking for a small ($100), refundable deposit to cover any cleaning or damages.<br>

When the lease ends, you can either renew or move out. I am offering some really good incentives that you won't find anywhere else:<br>

- Keep my security deposit. If you keep the place up well, you stand to get up to $300-400 back when you move out (Original security deposit of $625 minus non-refundable fees).<br>
- The rest of December is rent free.  If deal is made after December 15, I will ensure you get a half month of free rent.<br>
- I will reimburse your application fee when you sign the lease, which is about $40.<br>
<br>
This works out to over $800 in savings and virtually no upfront move in costs!<br>
<br>
My apartment is at the Gateway complex off the intersection of 32nd Street and Bill McDonald. It is a well apportioned 600 square foot, 1 bedroom, first floor unit with washer and dryer. W/S/G included. Forced air heating. Full bath. Back patio with plenty of room for a barbecue. Electricity bill is about $30 in Summer and $70-80 in the winter. Apartment is right along the bus line and easy access to WWU (can also walk or ride bike), downtown, Fairhaven and I-5. Sehome Village is right there. I maintained it really well and will ensure that the place is pristine when you move in. Cats are ok in the unit with extra deposit.<br>

You are responsible for meeting the property management company's lease qualifications, including a co-signer if necessary (extra $10 fee for each co-applicant, I won't reimburse this part). <description><![CDATA[This apartment is very close to WWU's south campus, maybe 3 blocks away. It's in a newer building, I know it was built after 2000 but I am not exactly sure. The location is great and it is half a block away from "JJ's In and Out," a little college store on Douglas Ave. The studio is perfect for one person or even a couple; very comfortable. It does'nt have a dishwasher but comes with the other typical appliances, such as a built in microwave. Washers and dryers are provided on site. There is a large amount of counter space given and is a perfect setup for some bar stools or something like that. It is a corner apartment on the bottom floor, so being surrounded by other neighbors is not a problem in the way of noise. I need to sublet this place because I am moving to Seattle in mid to late December. The rent is 545.00 a month, and it ends on July 29; so there is a large portion of the lease left. Also, utilities are paid except you must pay for the energy bill, and if you would like t.v./internet. The apartment is leased by Apex Property Management. Huge window lets in a lot of light into living/kitchen area. Bedroom has half-walls, so more privacy than a studio. The paint colors and track lighting are all tasteful and allow for great lighting throughout.<br>
Bathroom has tub/shower, as well as stacked washer/dryer. Dishwasher, fridge and oven/stove are all brand new. So is paint, and carpet was replaced about 6 months ago so pretty new. Building is pet-friendly! There is a size limit on dogs. I think it's 40 pounds. Parking spaces are available in attached parking garage for $62/month and features a secured, gated area where people even barbeque in the summer.<br>
The basement of the building has multiple open storage units that are free of charge -- just supply your own padlock and let Son-Rise know what storage unit you're using. <br>
You are right above Starbucks, and can pick up the wi-fi from them by purchasing a $5 gift card each month. Or pay Comcast for more reliable service if you want! You could probably take over our Extended Cable package with Comcast if you want — we have the DVR and some 100-level channels.<br>
Water, Sewer and Garbage are included, so all we pay is electric -- and --  it's Nov. 17 and we haven't even had to turn the heater on yet, since we are on the top floor and have neighbors on each side! So pretty cheap to live here. Our top floor hall is quieter and cleaner than the other floors, too -- we love it here but need to move to Seattle asap.
