RV is located at Fidalgo Bay RV Resort until Monday, unless you decide you want to keep it there at $450 per month. It is approved for long term stay at this time. It is a 1988 model and is very solid. Updated propane, good heater, cold air conditioning, new flooring, large 3-way refridgerator and freezer, large private bedroom with separate entrance, front kitchen, updated lighting throughout, great outdoor lighting too that really light up the camp site for safety and security.

The hot water heater needs to be replaced. It was disconnected (for some reason) by previous owner, but it is easy replacement and they are on craigslist all of the time for $50 range. The only other thing that I can think of that is not perfect is that the stripes are faded on the right side of the trailer.

Tires are great, new wheel covers, good spare, power hitch with hitch light to aid in hookup.

Go look at NADA. The ROUGH book is $3600 and AVERAGE book is $4500. I have clean title in hand and need to sell by Monday morning, or I will have to move to storage. If you choose to keep it at Fidalgo RV resort, it is on the ocean in Anacortes and includes electric, cable, wireless internet, and is only $450 per month.

I have a 1983 Gillig Phantom 35' transit bus with a Detroit Diesel 6V-71 Turbo and a Allison auto transmission. This has power steering, air brakes and suspension. I bought this to build into a motorhome and now find I just don't have the time. I have removed most of the seats. This bus starts, runs, drives, shifts, and stops fine. It starts easy and clear exhaust after a couple minutes. The Goodyear tires are very good shape. This has 6'7" of headroom, plenty for overhead a/c's. The walls are straight, makes for a easier conversion. Tinted windows. Short, wide side door halfway back. I have some things stored in it, so pic of interior is cluttered. The body and undercarriage are very clean. This bus looks a lot like a modern motorhome. It could be used to move cross country or for a business. We were told it needed to be torn down, but it had RV connections at one side of the lot so we bought the 5th wheel trailer and had it moved to Eastsound and set up.
HOWEVER ... the old mobile home turned out to be better than we expected, once it was cleaned up and all the junk hauled away. So ... we will stay there, and no longer need the trailer.
