Hello, do you like the lettered streets area, in central Bellingham ? Live a clean lifestyle and have no pets ? This roomy top-floor apartment is clean and 100% functional. A nice local couple are the landlord. It has a shared laundry room. rent is $375 but I can give up to $100 off for some help with cooking &/or secretarial tasks.
Near the Unitarian Fellowship "church", Bellingham Technical college, Whatcom Community College, Bus stop, Meridian street, and Cornwall park.
ABOUT ME: I am 43, well traveled, well educated,(BA communications + several certificates) liberal, business and marketing consultant who travels about 20% of the time. Non-smoker, pretty much a non-drinker. No tobacco smoking or hard liquor in the apartment. I am vegetarian mostly, and I cook California style, Korean, Japanese, and Thai type food, but usually have sandwiches or sushi during the week. I don't have much stuff yet, as I have been traveling abroad. There is a large living room, a combo kitchen/ dining room, and one bathroom. THe bedroom is about 12' x 12'.
