Job Responsibilities:
Write and present 90-day reviews, six-month reviews, and annual reviews.
Approve time sheet hours.
Approve and track employee vacation request.
Monitor daily job performance of shop floor employees.
Load the work centers (execute the production control plan).
Tie-in daily, weekly, and monthly with other supervisors and managers.
Maintain the shop in a clean organized fashion.
Maintain regular communication with all in plant processes such as shipping, inspection, programming, and front office personnel.

Ryzex is currently seeking Electronics Bench Technicians for assembly/disassembly and testing of data collection and ADC equipment and parts; to inspect, identify, troubleshoot, refurbish and/or repair electronic equipment. Evaluates data collection equipment not limited to portable barcode, laser scanning, POS equipment and printers, determining problem and repairing equipment and parts. Accurately evaluates products and equipment, and documents all work completed.
Essential Functions
Responsible for the effective and timely completion of electronic refurbishment and/or repair functions.
Reviews and verifies open work order report to determine problem and prioritize workload.
Runs general diagnostics to accurately evaluate and determine problem and proper method of repair. Analyzes and interprets test data.
Adjusts, calibrates, aligns, modifies and/or repairs circuitry and components and records effect on unit performance. Uses methods such as soldering and operating small hand tools to repair units.
Requests parts or components for use in repair process from Inventory. Follows up, documents and communicates any delay if the part must be ordered or transferred from another location.
Writes technical reports and develops charts, graphs and schematics to describe and illustrate systems operating characteristics, malfunctions, deviations from design specifications and any functional limitations.
Documents all work completed, and follows through with shipping unit back to customer, if necessary. Follows processes to ensure repair process is properly documents and meets quality standards.
Checks functioning of newly installed applications and/or components to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions.
Research product and/or parts if needed to obtain more information on general repair or functionality of equipment.
Assists with inbound receipt of used product and equipment. Evaluates product to properly identify configurations and make assessments on the cosmetics of the product.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining good communications, coordination and working relations with Ryzex personnel and management.
Follows all safety standards and requirements.
Requirements/Essential Qualifications Ability to:
Follow written procedures and processes but also have the ability to think quickly to answer questions and solve problems involving differing situations, requiring creativity to search for solutions among learned and unlearned alternatives. Occasional analysis and independent judgment is required to determine appropriate courses of action.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing units to ensure the work is accurate and complete.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, including ability to listen and disseminate information and communicate properly.
Troubleshoot, collect, compile, and analyze information to develop recommendations.
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet as well as other basic database systems.
Manage a number of priorities simultaneously, establish and meet deadlines.
Perform the essential physical job functions including but not limited to:
Ability to spend extended periods of time sitting at workstation performing electronics evaluation and repair, assembly and testing.
Mobility to travel throughout warehouse areas and workstations.
Ability to tolerate a work area containing bright lights and noise.
Sufficient finger dexterity to make small movements such as computer keyboard manipulation, soldering, assembly, or picking up small objects.
Ability to frequently lift and transport up to 25 lbs, and occasionally 50 lbs, from floor to storage shelves and/or around the work location.
Work overtime, as required.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required. Specialized training, related college coursework, or certificate preferred.
Must have a technical aptitude, manual dexterity, willingness and ability to learn new electronic equipment and repair techniques. Experience with hand tools, multi-meter, and soldering equipment preferred.
One (1) year previous electronic repair and/or assembly experience, or related experience preferred.
Two year technical degree highly preferred and may substitute for full experience requirements.
Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail a must.
Previous experience working in a technology environment or familiarity with data collection equipment and electronic repair a plus.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, implementation and overseeing of operations activity for assigned outsourced machining, quick-turn prototype and assembly projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Contract review and successful Sales- to-Operations project hand-off.
Develop and manage time lines for new and repeat manufacturing projects.
Act as the primary point of contact with customers during the development phases, as well as, throughout project execution.
Develop cross-functional teams to lead project plan development and execution that meets internal and contractual requirements with emphasis on timeline and budget constraints.
Proactively manage risks and issues that could impact customer commitments.
Monitor and deliver job status information to customers and senior management.
Management of customer Kan-Ban and Vendor Managed Inventory agreements.
Management of outsourced projects including vendor qualification, PO initiation and schedules.
Minimum requirements for this position:
5 plus years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience identifying resource, equipment and business requirements and translating them into detailed project plans.
Strong customer focus and a high degree of motivation to work in a fastpaced environment.
Highly competent with project management tools including: risk management, scheduling and team communications.
Excellent general computer skills and an interest in expanding those skills.
Personal ownership in the successes and shortcomings of the assigned projects as a whole.
Strong emphasis on personal interaction and excellent communications skills.
