Notify supervisor of any losses or damages of warehouse stock. Daily/weekly material inventory reports. Maintain all safety reports and practices with company and OSHA / MOSHA guidelines. Job Description

I. PURPOSE OF POSITION
Under general supervision, utilizes specialized knowledge or skills to perform hardware and software support for departments throughout the casino while following applicable laws and Nooksack River Casino�s internal controls and established policies and procedures. Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
II. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
A. Reports Directly to: IT Supervisor, IT Director
B. Supervises Directly: None
C. Other Important Contacts: All Department Managers and Directors, General Manager, vendors and other casino personnel.
III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Investigates, analyzes, resolves hardware/software and communications problems on casino computer systems; performs complex hardware repairs and maintenance on a wide range of pc-based computers and peripherals.
B. Provides advanced hardware technical assistance and support; troubleshoots and resolves system hardware, software, and communications failures and conflicts.
C. Evaluates existing computer systems hardware, and performs system upgrades; based on user needs, customizes and tests computer systems, and resolves configuration conflicts and errors.
D. Installs, integrates, and configures new computer systems and hardware for users.
E. Researches, analyzes, and recommends appropriate computer hardware for customized computer configurations.
F. Reviews, prioritizes, and processes problem reports; documents the progress of projects.
G. Maintains a high level quality of customer service standards in dealing with and responding to questions.
H. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
IV. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
A. Required:
1. Must be able to obtain and maintain Class III gaming licenses from the Nooksack Gaming Commission and the Washington State Gambling Commission.
2. Must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Minimum two years IT experience.
B. Preferred:
1. A college degree or certificate in networking, information systems, technology, or related field.

B. Will be monitored by surveillance cameras.
C. May be required to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.

We are searching for a heavy civil Project Manager with gas powered generation
facilities experience. The position is in Western Canada B.C.(Richamond/Vancouver)

The ideal candidate must be legally qualified to work in Canada, have a valid passport and have no restrictions to qualifying for travel in and out of the U.S.A.

The Project:
This project is the construction of a new gas powered electrical generation
facility in Western Canada. The Project Manager will be part of the owner's
team. The pre-project planning will occur in Western Canada and facility
construction will occur in Western United States.

The successful candidate will have 10 years of experience in the field of
Project Management in the heavy-civil sector of the construction industry
with an emphasis on gas-powered generation facilities.

Responsibilities:
. Pre-project planning, scheduling and estimating.
. Preparation of Project Plans using Corporate Quality Management System as the directive (ISO 9000-2000).
. Responsible to support and facilitate implementation of project specific and Company policies and procedures.
. Responsible for the implementation of the Project Safety Plan, ensuring that all employees are fully informed, orientated, qualified and trained.
. Responsible for planning, directing, organizing and controlling the
activities on the project, under the direction of an Area Manager. Assists
with the planning and management of the project budget and achievement of
profit and cash flow objectives.
. Assist with determination of methods and procedures to complete
assigned tasks efficiently.
. Manage the project to maintain budgeted material and labour costs.
. Responsible to ensure that project costs, charges and any other operational or technical/engineering matters are managed in an expeditious, cautious, and professional manner.
. Attends site meetings, working in chorus with the owner and as their
representative to assist and exchange all relevant information, quantities,
communicate job progress, and resolve any concerns.
. Supervise and direct as required other site staff in the performance
of their responsibilities.
. Prepare monthly/weekly/daily reports as required.
. Actively participates in various Company management/information meetings as required.

Requirements:
. Completion of formal education in either engineering, engineering technology or project/construction management.
. Familiar with WCB and other safety regulations and has a proven record of safe construction supervision.
. Proven history of project management/construction management of gas-powered electrical generation facilities and related projects.
. Strong organizational and communication skills.
. An understanding of gas-powered electrical generation operations.
. Ability to maintain and enhance client relationships.
. Conversant with ISO documentation requirements.
. Is a strong ethical leader, able to lead a large diverse team of skilled individuals.
