Reconciliations of Cable/Data CIFA. Sign off on delivery forms and issue material upon proper receipt of requisition. Place orders for stock directly from the vendor. Log all goods received, dispensed and ordered. Screen and maintain satellite receivers and all records associated. Prepare items for shipment via UPS and other carriers. Maintain security while keeping work area neat and in an orderly manner. Notify supervisor of any losses or damages of warehouse stock. Daily/weekly material inventory reports. Maintain all safety reports and practices with company and OSHA / MOSHA guidelines. Maintain reconciliation process of converters and modems with procedural guidelines. Provide repair reports from vendors in an effort to identify manufacture defects / malfunctions. Manage material min / max order points to ensure proper stock inventory considering seasonal and marketing changes. Perform other related duties as assigned. The Activities Coordinator Volunteer (ACV) will be responsible for maintaining existing regular structured activities open to Shelter clients. The ACV will plan and implement new activities as well.  The ACV will coordinate all on-site and off-site activities. In addition, the ACV will be responsible for providing support to the House Coordinator and Case Manager. This includes providing appropriate referrals and interventions to Shelter clients, implementing appropriate behavior management techniques, sorting mail, contributing to communications log, serving meals, and maintaining a safe and supportive milieu. At times, the ACV will plan and staff off-site recreational activities with Shelter staff in order to provide supervision to participating clients. ACV will supervise community volunteers that come to assist with activities. The ACV will participate in community events and work collaboratively with outside agencies to build networks and connections.  The ACV will have the opportunity to initiate and build additional relationships with community organizations in order to enhance activities programming.  The ACV will be part of the shelter team and will work collaboratively with the Shelter staff.<br>

A migration from Lotus Notes to a new Exchange environment will be performed as well. Hands-on engineers will work the teams from client and the new parent owners to accomplish the goals. <br>

Will be responsible for leading the effort to secure and improve the controls on their Windows computing infrastructure, Wintel security operations, Windows applications security integration, and architect Microsoft infrastructure into the overall IT Security strategy and mission.  <br>

<b>Responsibilities: </b><br>

Assume the leadership role for Windows security architecture, implementation, and design. You will provide technical research and analysis and leadership on Information Security, standards, best practices and concepts on large projects. You will provide support and guidance based on your experience in the area of Windows and general security architecture design, operations management, group policy development and project management. You will serve as a security technical analyst, coordinator and advisor on a project to architect, implement and deploy of policies, procedures, and architecture or a new Windows domain. Consult on architecting infrastructure and software configuration to ensure proper setup, application of patches, and security policy compliance. <br>
Review security designs and impact on Windows products, operating systems, and software implementations. Coordinate with senior systems engineer and developers on best practices for secure Windows programming in the current Microsoft development frameworks. <br>
Focus on planning, design and implementing enterprise systems as opposed to the ISA subject matter experience is preferred. Group Policy Administration expertise is also a need related to the security management of the desktop deployment. <br>

BS, Computer Science or equivalent preferred. <br>

Job Description

I.	PURPOSE OF POSITION

Under general supervision, utilizes specialized knowledge or skills to perform hardware and software support for departments throughout the casino while following applicable laws and Nooksack River Casino’s internal controls and established policies and procedures.  Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
<br>
II.	REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

A.	Reports Directly to:	IT Supervisor, IT Director 
<br>
B.	Supervises Directly:	None 
<br>
C.	Other Important Contacts:	All Department Managers and Directors, General Manager, vendors and other casino personnel.
<br>
III.	DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<br>
A.	Investigates, analyzes, resolves hardware/software and communications problems on casino computer systems; performs complex hardware repairs and maintenance on a wide range of pc-based computers and peripherals.
<br>
B.	Provides advanced hardware technical assistance and support; troubleshoots and resolves system hardware, software, and communications failures and conflicts.
<br>
C.	Evaluates existing computer systems hardware, and performs system upgrades; based on user needs, customizes and tests computer systems, and resolves configuration conflicts and errors.
<br>
D.	Installs, integrates, and configures new computer systems and hardware for users.
<br>
E.	Researches, analyzes, and recommends appropriate computer hardware for customized computer configurations.
<br>
F.	Reviews, prioritizes, and processes problem reports; documents the progress of projects.
<br>
G.	Maintains a high level quality of customer service standards in dealing with and responding to questions.
<br>
H.	Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

IV.	POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
<br>
A.	Required:
<br>
1.	Must be able to obtain and maintain Class III gaming licenses from the Nooksack Gaming Commission and the Washington State Gambling Commission.
<br>
2.	Must be at least 18 years of age.
<br>
3.	Minimum two years IT experience.
<br>
B.	Preferred:
<br>
1.	A college degree or certificate in networking, information systems, technology, or related field.
<br>
V.	WORKING CONDITIONS

A.	May work in a noisy, crowded, smoke-filled environment.

B.	Will be monitored by surveillance cameras.

The successful candidate will have 10 years of experience in the field of <br>
Project Management in the heavy-civil sector of the construction industry <br>

<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br>
. Pre-project planning, scheduling and estimating. <br>
. Preparation of Project Plans using Corporate Quality Management System as the directive (ISO 9000-2000). <br>
. Responsible to support and facilitate implementation of project specific and Company policies and procedures. <br>
. Responsible for the implementation of the Project Safety Plan, ensuring that all employees are fully informed, orientated, qualified and trained. <br>
. Responsible for planning, directing, organizing and controlling the <br>
activities on the project, under the direction of an Area Manager.  Assists <br>
with the planning and management of the project budget and achievement of <br>
profit and cash flow objectives. <br>
. Assist with determination of methods and procedures to complete <br>
assigned tasks efficiently. <br>
. Manage the project to maintain budgeted material and labour costs. <br>
. Responsible to ensure that project costs, charges and any other operational or technical/engineering matters are managed in an expeditious, cautious, and professional manner. <br>
. Attends site meetings, working in chorus with the owner and as their <br>
