We do residential house cleaning. We have a lot of regular customers that we clean once a week and once every other week. We also do one time cleanings; like when people move in or out of a home, we will go in and clean it. We work in teams of two and we provide all of our own equipment and cleaning supplies. You need to be available Monday thru Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. We put you through 1 to 2 weeks of training. During your training period we pay you $8.25 per hour. After that you get paid on a percentage basis, which means you get paid a percentage of each home that you clean or $8.50 per hour which ever is greater. You need to have a valid driver's license and car insurance and we pay you .36 cents per mile. Your mileage is not taxed so it is like an additive to your wage. Everyone works between 30-40hrs a week.
